Oberweis Dairy

Oberweis Dairy makes super premium ice cream with 50% overrun and 18% butterfat, in small batches using cream from Oberweis milk. Its waffle cones are baked fresh every day, the whipped cream is made from scratch, and sundaes are served in traditional fountain glassware.

The Oswego store has indoor seating, with chess, checkers and other board games for guests to play while they eat, and balloons for younger visitors. The shop also offers sundae catering for groups of all sizes, supplying the ice cream, toppings and utensils, and runs fundraisers where an organization earns 20% back on purchases by its supporters. Guests with serious dairy or nut allergies are advised to take extra care, since products are made on shared equipment.
