We Rock the Spectrum

We Rock the Spectrum is an indoor kids' gym designed for children with autism and other special needs, as well as any child who wants room to climb, swing and play. The play space includes suspended swings for balance, a zip slider, a trampoline, an indoor play structure, crash mats and pillows, sensory toys, an arts and crafts area and a calming room. Open play, birthday parties, field trips, camps and private rentals are all offered.

The gym is run by a family, and the owners are themselves part of the special needs community, which shapes how the space is set up and staffed. Parties and field trips are private, so a group can have the room to itself. Gift cards are available, and there is a small retail shop with healthy snacks and beverages. The gym is at 4899 Highway 6 in Missouri City, in a suite on the second level of the building.
