Aardvark Home Inspectors Inc.

Aardvark Home Inspectors is a family-owned home inspection company that has been working with home buyers and sellers since 2001. Its core service is the whole house inspection, covering the foundation, structure, roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, with add-ons for radon gas testing and mitigation, mold testing and remediation, water quality and well inspections, sewer scope and pool inspections, and termite or wood-destroying insect inspections.

Inspections come with warranty protection, and the company offers a walk-through at the end so clients can ask questions about the house. Its inspectors are state-licensed and members of InterNachi. The company serves Indiana and Michigan, with offices in Mishawaka and the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis areas, and it is a good fit for buyers and sellers who want a detailed report before closing.
