First Response Restoration

First Response Restoration handles water damage, sewage cleanup and mold remediation for homes and commercial properties in Minneapolis. Common jobs include burst or frozen pipes, basement flooding, sewer backups and water left behind by fire response, and the crew uses infrared cameras to find moisture inside walls, cabinets and carpet. The company is IICRC certified as a water damage restoration and mold remediation firm and says it has about 15 years of local experience.

Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and the team aims to be at the property within an hour. Estimates are no-obligation and provided before cleanup begins. The company will help with insurance claims and can bill the insurer directly. When storm damage is the underlying cause, it can also refer customers to trusted contractors for siding, roofing, windows and gutters. The office is in Minneapolis.
