Custom Assembly

Custom Assembly is a powersport distribution business that assembles, warehouses and delivers recreational vehicles for dealers. Crated units are picked up from manufacturers and stored in large warehouses until they are ordered. Units can be built, cleaned and delivered ready for the showroom floor, and crates are disposed of through a recycling program.

Dealers can choose to have units warehoused until ordered, auto-shipped, built or shipped crated. Units travel in enclosed trailers run by partner MCK Trucking, whose drivers are trained in loading and unloading. Scheduling, customer service and general questions each have their own contact line, so calling is the quickest way to start a project.
