Ichiban Asian Fusion

Ichiban Asian Fusion is a Japanese restaurant in Mineral Wells known for modern takes on classic dishes. The kitchen relies on fresh ingredients, and the menu is built around that approach. The restaurant is a fixture of the town's dining scene, with food that works for a quick lunch or a longer dinner.

Guests can eat in or get takeout, and orders can also be placed online. Lunch and dinner are served most days, with weekend hours running later into the evening. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, so plan a visit for another day that week.
