Excel Physical Therapy & Fitness Center provides outpatient physical therapy along with a fitness center and fitness classes. Services cover post-surgical and post-concussion rehab, balance and vestibular rehab, aquatic therapy, work-related injuries, orthotics, TMJ treatment and sports-focused care for high school athletes. The clinic also manages patients with complex chronic conditions and less common disorders, and offers same-day appointments.

The practice operates three locations, and its extended hours make it easier to schedule sessions without using vacation time. Treatment rooms are private, and patients can request appointments or submit intake forms online. The Milton office is at Route 7 South, and the phone line is open for scheduling questions and billing and insurance inquiries.
