Intrepid Custom Painting & Design

Intrepid Custom Painting & Design is a family-owned painting company in Milton that handles interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, feature walls and custom trim, and color guidance. The company works with Sherwin-Williams systems and says it chooses products and prep for salt air, sun and humidity, which suits the coastal homes it paints. Restaurants, bars and retail shops are also among its clients, with after-hours work offered for commercial spaces.

Jessica and Kristian Barnes run the business and meet clients at the on-site walkthrough, which comes before a written scope and estimate. A color and design consultation is included with accepted qualifying proposals. Estimates are usually scheduled within a few days, including for second homes and rentals. Work covers Milton, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Long Neck, Bethany Beach, Ocean View, Millsboro, Georgetown and Selbyville, with the company based in Milton.
