Klemme Construction

Klemme Construction is a residential and commercial builder working across the Illinois Metro East and Greater St. Louis. On the home side it builds custom homes from its own floor plans, from a client's design, or on subdivision homesites, and it also keeps move-in ready homes available. Commercial work includes design-build projects, pre-engineered metal buildings, warehouse and industrial facilities, and full site development.

Clients are assigned one point of contact who stays with the project from first drawings through the final walkthrough. Projects follow a set process of design and planning, a clear estimate before groundbreaking, the build, and a walkthrough at the end. The office is at 1425 B and H Industrial Court in Millstadt, and it is open weekdays during business hours.
