Pike County Courts

Pike County Courts is the court system for Pike County, one of Pennsylvania's 60 judicial districts. It includes the Court of Common Pleas, led by President Judge Gregory H. Chelak, and four magisterial district courts that cover the county's eastern, western, northern and southern areas. Court Administration oversees case assignments, scheduling, jury selection and docket control.

The courthouse in Milford is a registered National Historic building constructed in 1874, and it has long housed county government. The Court of Common Pleas, the Prothonotary and the Clerk of Courts are based there, while Court Administration works from a nearby annex. Probation offices for adult, juvenile and domestic relations matters are also located at the courthouse. Visitors come on weekdays, and the court administration office can help with questions the website does not answer.
