Mission First Jiu Jitsu

Mission First Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts school that teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to adults and children. The adult program has been the school's core since it was established in 2008, and the mats are described as among the most diverse in the country. Instructors adapt techniques to each student's body and limitations, whether someone is just starting out or coming from another school.

The kids class blends strength and conditioning with functional games, and places emphasis on anti-bullying techniques and confidence building. Members can also use the training equipment on site, including battle ropes, kettlebells and rowers, and get special pricing on fitness classes with trainers. The school is at 999 West Main Road in Middletown, on Aquidneck Island. Adult classes are limited under COVID restrictions and drop-ins are not being accepted, and the kids class schedule was listed as to be announced.
