Commonwealth Home Inspections

Commonwealth Home Inspections provides residential home inspections for single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses and multi-unit buildings in the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre area, including Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. Inspections cover framing, foundation, roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and more, and the reports are delivered quickly.

The company also offers radon gas testing, wood-destroying insect (termite) inspections, water analysis and septic inspections. Bill Kresge, the inspector, has more than 28 years of experience in construction and building services, plus 14 years in industrial electromechanical work. Buyers can call or text until 9 PM, and package pricing is available when combining home inspection with radon or pest testing.
