Trio Ramen

Trio Ramen serves handmade ramen with broths in several styles. The tonkotsu is a cloudy white pork-bone broth enriched with pork fat, while the miso is a thick, brown broth built on a chicken base. Shoyu and vege versions offer clear brown broths, the shoyu using dashi soy sauce and the vege using premium Japanese soy sauce with wakame seaweed. The kitchen says its ingredients are sourced from Japan, including kutobuta heritage Berkshire pork.
