Taza Mediterranean

Taza Mediterranean is a fresh Mediterranean restaurant serving dishes from Greece, Turkey, the Fertile Crescent, and North Africa, including Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco. The menu is built around Middle Eastern and Mediterranean home cooking, and the mixed grill platters for two to eight people, with lamb kefta, beef, chicken, shrimp, rice, hummus, and warm pitas, are a popular choice for sharing. The owners draw on decades of cooking experience from their earlier restaurants in Madison.
