Middleton Counseling

Middleton Counseling is a group of licensed therapists offering individual, couples, family, teen, young adult and child counseling. The practice commonly uses cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and accelerated resolution therapy, a bilateral eye movement approach similar to EMDR, to address trauma and difficult experiences.

Counseling interns working toward licensure see clients at a reduced rate under licensed supervision. A community worker also offers case management and help building life skills and connecting with local resources. The Middleton office is at 22480 Duff Lane, and the practice has a second office in Rexburg. Appointments are requested through the website.
