Ropac Roofing

Ropac Roofing specializes in mobile home roofs and has been solving leak problems in them since 1973. The company has re-roofed thousands of mobile homes and has installed more than 2,500 roofs across New England. Its main system is a Perma-Seal rubber roof set over 2-inch R-8 rigid insulation, and the crew also takes on residential roofing jobs.

Ropac uses only its own employees for installations rather than subcontractors. The company is licensed and insured, and Brian Waterman is listed as the owner. Roofs come with a lifetime guarantee. The business is based in Middleboro and serves all of southern New England.
