Baltimore Motor Works

Baltimore Motor Works is an independent European auto repair shop in Middle River, focused on BMW and also working on Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Audi. The shop handles everything from sensor replacements to engine work, with diagnostics run on current equipment and repairs done in house using OEM parts. Routine maintenance follows factory schedules, including oil changes, fluid exchanges, filters, brakes and belts.

Founder Keith Johnson, who trained at BMW's factory technician program and spent nearly a decade at a dealer, runs the shop so owners can speak directly with the technician working on their car rather than going through a service advisor. First-time customers get a $99 diagnosis, limited to one hour. Free visual second opinions are available, and BMW loaner vehicles and complimentary shuttle rides are offered while cars are in the shop, with some restrictions. The shop serves Towson, Timonium, Cockeysville, Lutherville, Owings Mills, Perry Hall and White Marsh.
