M R Real Estate

M R Real Estate is a Miamisburg brokerage that represents both home sellers and home buyers, and it also works with commercial property clients. Mel Rutherford, who is both a broker and an appraiser, leads the firm alongside Judy McCartney, and the agency has been operating since 1970. Sellers can request a home valuation, and the team also handles real estate appraisals.

Clients can call the office or request a callback through the website. The agency's main office is in Miamisburg, and it works with clients across the Greater Dayton area, including Centerville, Springboro, Kettering, and Beavercreek. Office hours run weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the firm offers both a satisfaction guarantee and a cancellation guarantee.
