Vice Restoration

Vice Restoration is a water damage restoration company that handles emergency water extraction, flood cleanup, structural drying, mold remediation, and ceiling leak repair for homes and businesses. The crew is IICRC-certified and works with insurance claims, billing insurers directly on covered losses and preparing moisture readings and scope of work for the adjuster.

Vice Restoration is dispatched from its Miami office and covers Miami-Dade, including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah and Aventura. A live dispatcher answers calls from 7am to 9pm every day, and the company says emergencies are typically reached in under an hour during those hours. Most residential drying jobs finish within three to five days, with daily moisture readings before equipment is removed.
