The Tank Brewing

The Tank Brewing is a family-owned, independently operated brewery making a core lineup of beers, including La Playita pilsner, Freedom Tower amber ale and Shark Valley IPA. The brewery was started by a group of home brewers working with a seasoned expert from the cigar industry, and its beers are built around a warm, sunny outlook.

The taproom pours 18 beers on tap, some available only there, and serves gastropub-style food with a Latin and Hispanic influence from a full on-site kitchen. The brewery sits in a 25,000-square-foot warehouse in the Airport West industrial area near Miami International Airport, so it is a short trip from the airport rather than a stop on a traditional brewery route. The business hosts private events, and its Mug Masters club offers perks to regular members.
