Shine Wellness

Shine Wellness is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Sonam, who tailors each adjustment to the person in front of her. She has specialized training in working with hypermobility spectrum disorder, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and with neurodivergent clients who have ADHD. Her approach blends chiropractic techniques with soft tissue therapy, breathwork and a background as a certified yoga teacher.

Sessions are longer than a typical visit, giving the body time to release deeply held tension, and the practice works with people dealing with stress, sports injuries or major life transitions. The Miami office is in Coconut Grove on Pamona Avenue, with street parking out front. When you arrive, text or call to let them know, and Dr. Sonam will meet you at the door. The practice also has a location in Roswell, Georgia.
