Salty flame Restaurant

Salty Flame is a steakhouse on Brickell Avenue that pairs coal-red grilled steaks with Asian-inspired dishes and a selection of crafted cocktails. Weekend brunch features Egg Benedict and Ube French toast, weekday lunch offers a three-course menu and an Express Lunch with a drink, and the 24K Chocolate Cake is a dessert many guests come back for.

Reservations can be made online or through the contact center by phone, and Miami Spice meals are booked through OpenTable. There are two private dining rooms, one seating up to 60 and one up to 12. Thursdays bring ImproDrink, a happy hour with a new secret cocktail each month and live cocktail preparation. Guests should tell staff about any food allergies before ordering, since allergen-free items cannot be guaranteed.
