Rosa Negra Miami

Rosa Negra Miami is a Latin American restaurant and lounge in Brickell serving Peruvian ceviches and tiraditos, Mexican tacos and tostadas, and South American grilled steaks, including USA Prime and Kobe beef. Signature cocktails are a big part of the draw, with gin tonics made with liquid nitrogen and presentations inspired by Latin American spirits and traditions. Live guitar, bongos, a resident DJ and fire shows fill the evenings, so it works for date nights, birthdays and group nights out.

The restaurant has four separate spaces: an indoor lounge, an open-air terrace, a VIP front area near the DJ, and the Amante speakeasy, which opens Thursday through Saturday. Dinner service runs in the evenings, and the bar stays open later on weekends. Shorts, flip-flops, hats and beachwear are not allowed. The restaurant also hosts private events and sells gift cards.
