Roque Quality Work

Roque House Painting is a house painting contractor led by Isaias Roque, who has more than 15 years of experience painting homes around Miami. The crew handles interior and exterior residential painting, with wall repair, decorative textures and special finishes indoors, and facade and roof coatings, UV protection, driveway and pool painting, and pressure washing outside. Surface prep and primer come first on each job, which the company treats as the basis for paint that lasts.

Free, detailed estimates are provided for every project, and the company says it will lay out a schedule before work starts. Typical interiors take two to four days and exteriors three to five, depending on scope. The business is licensed and insured in Miami-Dade, provides documentation on request, and offers a warranty on its work. It is based at an address in southwest Miami and serves Kendall, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and the rest of Miami-Dade.
