Omni Claims Consultants is a licensed public adjusting firm that represents policyholders in property insurance claims, working for the homeowner rather than the insurer. Its work covers hurricane, fire, water, roof, and mold damage, as well as claims that were denied, underpaid, or settled below the deductible. Michael Carrillo is the public adjuster the firm lists, and the firm says it has recovered more than $50 million for clients.

The first step is a site inspection at the property, followed by a signed representation agreement, after which the firm reports the claim and meets the insurer's field adjuster. Consultations are free, and the firm works on contingency, so clients pay only a percentage of what is collected.
