Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar at the University of Miami manages academic records for students, including official transcripts, diploma orders and duplicate or replacement diplomas, registration, and verification and certification of enrollment. It also handles classroom assignments, course catalogs and curriculum forms, scantron testing and scoring, and support for veteran students using VA education benefits.

Most transcripts and diploma copies can be ordered online, with electronic or mailed delivery. Questions about registration, verifications, transcripts and graduation are often answered by Canes Central. The office is in The University Center on the Coral Gables campus, room 1230, and is open on weekdays.
