Istueta Roofing

Istueta Roofing is a family-owned residential roofing company that has served Miami and South Florida since 1985. It focuses on tile, metal, asphalt shingle and flat roofing, with a lot of work on architecturally distinctive homes. Clay and concrete tile, standing seam metal in copper, aluminum and galvalume, and roof repair for leaks and broken tiles are among its core jobs.

The company offers free estimates and does roof inspections, gutters, skylights and attic fans, and it runs an optional twice-yearly maintenance program for premium roofs. Its crews work across Miami-Dade and parts of Broward, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest. The office is at 7501 NW 7th Street in Miami.
