SIX Restoration

SIX Restoration is a water damage restoration company that handles emergency extraction, structural drying, mold removal and remediation, sewage cleanup, and ceiling leak repair with rebuilding. The crew is IICRC-certified and works on the same call from the first dispatch through final clearance testing, which covers both single-family homes and high-rise condos. Its specialty is condo and high-rise work, where it coordinates with HOA management offices, schedules freight elevators, and contains affected units.

Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, every day, and a live person answers the line. Most Class-2 water losses dry to standard in three to five days, while larger losses with cabinetry or hardwood can take six to ten. The company covers all Miami Beach ZIP codes plus Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Coral Gables, and the rest of Miami-Dade County. The office is at 900 7th Street in South Beach.
