CITI BIKE MIAMI

Citi Bike Miami is the official bike sharing and rental system for Miami and Miami Beach, run by DecoBike LLC. Its solar-powered bikes are locked into a network of docking stations across the city, with more than 160 station locations and bikes available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Riders can choose between an hourly rental, which suits visitors and quick trips, or a membership pass aimed at residents, which includes unlimited 30-minute or 60-minute rides for free when bikes are docked at stations between trips.

Riders use the Citi Bike Miami app to create an account, find available bikes and see station locations in real time. Each rider needs an individual account, and only one bike per account can be rented at a time. Electric bikes are not allowed on sidewalks in Miami or Miami Beach or on several waterfront and park paths, and Citi Bikes cannot be taken on the Metrorail or Metro Mover. The company's headquarters and shop are at 723 Washington Avenue in South Beach, where the office is open daily with shorter hours and customer service is handled mainly by email.
