NOLA Art Therapy and Counseling

NOLA Art Therapy and Counseling is a counseling practice that uses art therapy with clients. Its therapists use painting, watercolor breathing exercises and mandalas, and they build sessions around a client's own interests, such as using trucks as subject matter for a client who would only engage through them. Elizabeth Beu Bourgeois is one of the practice's therapists and makes her own art as a personal form of therapy.

A team of several therapists works from the practice, and the staff page lists the names of each. Services include art therapy and counseling, with rates and insurance information published on the site. The office is in Suite 310 at 1000 Veterans Blvd in Metairie, and the practice can be reached by phone or email.
