Solterra Texas is a master-planned residential community in Mesquite, built on a former 1,400-acre family farm and developed as a Signature Community by Huffines Communities. It is known for its eight-acre amenity complex, The Headquarters Club, and a 25-acre lake with more than 15 miles of biking and hiking trails. The Lookout Treehouse Park is also on site.
