Current listings include homes in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale and Sedona, along with a few commercial office suites in Tempe. The company also offers second chance rentals, where a home is rented as-is with no background, credit or rental history check, in exchange for a move-in special on select homes.

Every prospective resident must view a home before renting, and the $75 application fee covers screening. Applications are usually processed within one to two business days after a complete file is received. Tenants pay rent, submit maintenance requests and upload renters insurance through an online portal, and owners get statements and tax documents there too. The office is in north Phoenix, and the company offers 24/7 service.
