Integrity Real Estate

Integrity Real Estate is a residential real estate team led by Tim Burroughs and Briar Kelly, serving buyers, sellers and investors. Tim has been a full-time Realtor since 1995 and worked as a real estate appraiser before that, which shapes how he prices homes. Briar focuses on fix and flip investing, pulling comparable sales to estimate after-repair value and subtracting repair and closing costs before a purchase.

Clients can reach the team by phone, email or a contact form, or book a call through Tim's online calendar. The office is in Meridian and is open Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. The team works across the Treasure Valley, and Tim holds several buyer and seller designations, including CRS and ABR.
