Peerless Electric Co., Inc.

Peerless Electric Co., Inc. is an electrical contractor founded in 1991 by William Cheraso that handles residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. Home jobs include whole house surge protection, wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, ceiling fan installation, EV chargers, and generator hookups. Commercial work covers office wiring, lighting systems, backup power, data cabling, and maintenance contracts, while industrial work includes machinery wiring, motor controls, and facility upgrades for machine shops, factories, and warehouses.

The company serves customers across Northeast Ohio and offers 24-hour emergency service, so a late-night outage can get a call back and a crew out. Reviewers mention clear communication and work that met code. The office is on Production Drive in Mentor, and the phone line is staffed Monday through Friday during business hours.
