Memphis Barbeque Supply

Memphis Barbeque Supply sells grills, smokers, barbecue tools, and a wide range of rubs and sauces, with regional styles from Memphis and the Carolinas to Kansas City and Texas. The shelves also carry pickles and relishes, smoking wood, spices, injections and brines, and turkey kits. The founders are backyard cooks and competition cooks, so the selection leans toward what serious smokers use.

The store also runs cooking classes and gives advice on grilling in person, and it takes orders online with shipping available. Staff can help customers choose equipment and talk through techniques. The shop is on Stage Road in Bartlett.
