Fouts & Morgan CPAs is a Memphis accounting firm that was incorporated in 1970 by Jimmie D. Fouts and Don W. Morgan. The firm handles tax planning and compliance, assurance, outsourced accounting, information technology consulting and wealth management. It has a particular focus on construction, real estate, nonprofits, private schools and professional athletes.

The firm has five partners and about thirty staff in a single Memphis office in the Renaissance Center on Aaron Brenner Drive. Most clients are in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi, though it also works with businesses elsewhere in the country. Weekday hours are regular, and during tax season from February through mid-April the office stays open later on weekdays and on Saturday mornings.
