Recruit Strength

Recruit Strength is a strength training gym specializing in powerlifting, Olympic lifting and strongman training, with a full floor of barbells, power racks, dead-lift platforms, strongman equipment and specialty machines. It also offers personal training, powerlifting coaching and online coaching for members who train from home.

The gym runs 24-hour access for members only, so people who want to train on their own schedule can come in at any hour once they join. Anyone interested in becoming a member, coaching, programming or a drop-in visit is asked to email or call first. Recruit Strength sells its own apparel and offers discounts for teachers, first responders and active military. The gym is at 835 Paw Prints Avenue in Melbourne.
