On The Side Events & Service

On The Side Events & Service is an event planning and production company serving Southern Oregon, with more than 30 years of experience handling weddings, corporate events and private parties. The company coordinates decor, food service and setup, and keeps an extensive inventory of decor, vintage pieces, props, tabletop items, catering equipment and backdrops that clients can draw on.

Founder Ron, who started the business in 1990, oversees each event with a background in hotel restaurant and banquet management along with design work. Clients can arrange set up, day-of coordination and tear down, or ask for professional consultation on a do-it-yourself event at an hourly rate, with that cost credited toward a full package. The business is based at 1228 Court Street in Medford.
