My Favorite Property Managers

My Favorite Property Managers is a property management company serving owners of single-family homes, apartments and RV parks in Jackson and Josephine Counties. The company handles tenant placement, rent collection, property maintenance through a network of vendors, evictions, property inspections and financial reporting for owners. It also manages long-term RV communities in Medford, Gold Hill, Talent and Cave Junction, and lists available rentals for prospective tenants.

Owners can reach the team through the office at 310 Crater Lake Ave in Medford during weekday business hours, with an after-hours emergency line for urgent repairs. Tenants can search current vacancies and use the tenant portal, and owners have their own portal for statements and reports. Brett and Traci Funk are the current co-owners.
