Mill Creek Apiary

Mill Creek Apiary sells raw, unfiltered honey in wildflower and varietal styles, along with creamed honey and infused flavors such as garlic, ginger-turmeric and lemon vanilla. Much of the honey comes from the apiary's own hives and from a network of small regional beekeepers, and it is not overheated or heavily processed. The shop also carries Harney & Sons teas, 100% pure beeswax and bayberry candles, and a range of honey-themed gifts.

The shop is on North Main Street in Medford, New Jersey, where customers can taste the infused honeys and sample some of the teas on site for a small price. Orders can also be placed online for pickup at the shop or shipped nationwide, with free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Regulars often come in for a jar of honey and leave with tea or candles as well.
