Fastrack Mechanical

Fastrack Mechanical is a licensed plumbing, HVAC and gas contractor that focuses on multi-family construction, including new apartment, condominium and hotel-style projects. The company also takes on renovation work such as full underground piping replacement, sanitary waste and vent re-pipes, and converting commercial, industrial and office buildings into apartments and condominiums.

The company works mainly with general contractors and builders rather than homeowners, and its partners handle pre-construction value engineering, permitting and estimating for projects. Its office is on Elm Drive in Mechanicsville, and it serves Virginia and surrounding states, with a focus on the Richmond and Tidewater areas.
