Peak Pest Control

Peak Pest Control focuses on mosquito control for homes across the Mat-Su Valley. Treatments are scheduled around Alaska's 21-day mosquito breeding cycle, using a naturally derived product with a low-grade synthetic component when needed. The company is owned and operated by Mel Hickok, who has more than a decade of pest control experience.

Mosquito season service typically begins in early May, weather permitting. Homeowners do not need to be present during treatment, and visits typically take about 30 minutes or less, with text updates on scheduling. Requests are made through an online contact form, and a free respray is offered if mosquito activity returns between visits. Service areas include Palmer, Wasilla, Chugiak and Eagle River, Willow, Sutton, and Butte.
