DSH Homes and Pools

DSH Homes and Pools builds custom gunite pools, plunge pools, spas and hot tubs, and custom homes in McKinney. Its pool shells are engineered with pier systems and reinforced steel to handle the expansive clay that covers most of McKinney and Collin County, which swells when wet and cracks when dry. Pool remodeling, water features and outdoor living projects round out the work.

Projects usually begin with a free consultation and estimate, and financing is available through several lenders. DSH pulls permits directly with the City of McKinney and prepares HOA submissions for neighborhoods such as Stonebridge Ranch and Trinity Falls, a process that typically takes four to twelve weeks. Owner Derek Humphreys is personally on every McKinney project, and the crews are local to the area.
