Bradford Bakery

Bradford Bakery makes custom birthday cakes and cupcakes, along with a range of cookies, and runs baking classes for home cooks. Cakes come in a choice of flavors, fillings and frostings, from chocolate and red velvet to lemon curd and white chocolate mascarpone. Chef Amanda, who has worked as a pastry chef and in restaurant kitchens since she was 15, leads the kitchen and the classes.

Cakes must be ordered through the website with at least two to four weeks' notice. The bakery also hosts private events and can make vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on request. It is located at 2500 Jeans Mill Drive in McKinney.
