APEX Finishes

APEX Finishes is a painting contractor offering interior and exterior painting for homes and commercial properties. Its services also include drywall repair, texture work, cabinet painting, pressure washing, wood repair and replacement, fence and deck staining, and trim and finish work. Founded by two longtime friends, Juan and Michael, the company says it puts a lot of weight on clear communication and organized scheduling from estimate to final walkthrough.

Free in-person estimates are offered for interior and exterior projects, with smaller jobs often estimated on the spot and larger ones receiving a detailed estimate within about 24 hours. Some projects require a deposit, and payment terms are set out in a written agreement before work begins. The company offers a 2-year labor warranty against peeling or blistering, and staff speak Spanish. Service is centered on North Dallas, including Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Carrollton and Lewisville.
