Goal

GOAL Physical Therapy and Wellness is a pelvic floor physical therapy practice focused on women's pelvic health. The clinic works with bladder and bowel conditions, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pre and postnatal issues, and orthopedic conditions, and it describes its approach as looking for the root cause of symptoms rather than only managing them.

Each session is a one-hour, one-on-one visit with Dr. Tiffany, the owner and physical therapist, who combines education, hands-on manual therapy and corrective exercise. Care follows four phases, from finding the cause through building resilience to longer gaps between visits.
