Powerhouse

Powerhouse Heating and Air is an HVAC company that handles residential heating and air conditioning repair, replacement, preventative maintenance and indoor air quality work. The company also takes on small home repair jobs and mentions geothermal units, water heater and softener work, and fireplace and gas line installation among its services.

The company says it does not pay its technicians commissions, so recommendations are meant to focus on the home's comfort and safety rather than upselling. Free replacement estimates are offered, along with financing plans and a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Appointments can be requested through the website or by calling or texting during weekday business hours, with 24/7 emergency service available. The business is based in Blair, Nebraska, and serves Washington County, Fort Calhoun, Arlington, Kennard and areas up to 50 miles away, including Omaha and Fremont.
