CODE Wellness

CODE Wellness is a gym in the RiverSouth area of downtown Columbus, with Peloton bikes, weight machines, treadmills and a full range of cardio and strength equipment. Personal training, duo and small group sessions are available, and the most distinctive part of the place is its rotating lineup of pop-up classes, which range from yoga and guided stretching to sauna sessions, recovery workshops and high-energy HIIT.

Non-resident memberships are open to people who don't live in the LC RiverSouth community. The gym is open every day from early morning until late evening, and in warmer months there is an open-air gym. One-on-one and duo training cost extra, while a hybrid option offers personalized written workouts from a certified trainer at a lower price. The gym is at 229 S. High St., and the newsletter signup is the easiest way to hear about new classes and events.
