Marion Golf Club is a public, nine-hole course designed by George Thomas and established in 1904. The course winds through farmland with original stone walls and views of Sippican Harbor, and it plays to 2,695 yards at a par 34. It is mostly a walking course, with pull carts and carts available for health reasons.
The course is open year round and tee times are recommended, and golfers can book online. Rates are lower for residents of Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Wareham, Fairhaven, Acushnet, Dartmouth, Onset and New Bedford, and memberships run from March through February. The club is at 10 South Dr in Marion.
