Real Floors Commercial

Real Floors is a flooring contractor focused on multifamily properties, installing and repairing carpet, vinyl, tile, VCT, luxury vinyl plank and tile, and sports flooring for property managers. The company says it is one of the largest multifamily flooring providers in North America, with about 800 people working from 30 locations across the United States.

Work is arranged through the property manager, and the company runs a secure online portal that Real Floors and Arbor clients use to schedule installations and repairs, track unit histories, and create estimates. Its headquarters is at 560 Webb Industrial Drive in Marietta, Georgia, and the company was founded in Atlanta in 1987.
